Webkinz Problem......?
I have a bit of a problem. I just bought a Webkinz Baby Penguin toy. When I signed the code in, and went to my house, I realized that I had TWO virtual penguins. However, they had the same name and gender. The only difference is the profile. I don't know how to contact Ganz for assistance. If anyone could help....that would be great!
First, log out and then log back in. If you still have 2 penguins, try clearing your cache, and then logging out and logging back in. It's not that odd to get a mystery twin pet, but they usually don't stay on the account for long.
